I need to cancel my appointment...What should I do?

Please call the salon at (614) 670-4641 or email us at hello@hairlove.studio as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice to accommodate other clients. If it is more than 48 hours before your scheduled service, you can cancel or reschedule directly through our online booking system. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will adhere to our cancellation policy as noted below. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to rescheduling with you!

What's your cancellation policy?

Kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be charged at full service price.

I'm a new client...What service should I book?

As a new client, we recommend booking a free color consultation to discuss your hair goals and find the perfect service for you. Our stylists will assess your hair type, condition, and desired look to recommend options like cuts, coloring, or treatments tailored to your needs. What products do you use?

We proudly use Davines for our professional color services, known for its vibrant, sustainable formulas. We also offer a full range of retail products from top brands, including Cult and King, Hairstory, Davines, Reverie, and Sachajuan. These carefully selected products cater to various hair types and needs, ensuring you can maintain your salon results at home. Where should I park?

We have a couple of free parking spaces directly out front of the salon, but please check the posted hours and street cleaning days to avoid tickets. Paid parking is available all around the salon via the Park Columbus app for added convenience. Most clients find parking on Forsythe Street to be the easiest option.
