cancellation

Kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be charged at full service price.

arrival time

Please arrive on time. If you’re over 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule to fit everyone in.

kids + pets

Supervised children are fine, but please leave pets at home (service animals are an exception).

corrections + adjustments

If your service isn’t quite right, let us know within 7 days. We’ll offer a free correction or adjustment if it’s due to our work — new styles or changes of mind don’t apply.
